| Job Description | To define and materialize the sourcing strategy, fulfilling the Unit’s needs and its evolution, and managing the distributor’s portfolio
Responsibilities:
• Negotiation of contracts and/or the orders of its key products:
To consult and negotiate the outlined agreements or orders to define all the contractual obligations of the suppliers (characteristic of the products, prices, time frame, quality and service) to meet the overall needs of the and inform the purchasers to allow them to emit then manage the orders.
• Keeping pricing database up to date:
Enquire about the database (price, characteristics of the products,…) and circulate the information for the Department of Estimates, Sales and Projects.
• Commercial: to stimulate competition, to develop the capacity for negotiation, contacts between units to profit from their experience and synergies, purchases LLCC.
• techniques : to encourage the standardization and to work with the suppliers and Research Department, collaborate with the Department of Estimate for the definition of new and more powerful solutions (price and time frame) and make connection with the suppliers for action on (re) design at objective costs.

• Experience working with a team of technicians.
• Knowledge of SAP and standard Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Lotus Notes.
• Electromechanical technical knowledge.
• Business knowledge
• Understanding of technical, costs, time frame needs and quality satisfaction in projects.
• High level of written and spoken French and English.
