| Job Description | - Overall responsibility for the maintenance of the Company’s books of accounts and establishment of the Company’s accounting procedures and practices. Responsibility for preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Responsibilities include supervision of year-end audit and coordination with HQ as audited consolidation financial statements are prepared.
- Oversees the preparation and ensure timely submission and validity of all Division or Business Unit financial reports or fiscal records are required by Top Management.
- Implement the financial policies of the organization in order to maintain a financially strong and disciplined organization.
- Guiding development of a financial strategy to include revenues, profit maximization, cash flow, cost reduction and taxes.
- Directs and oversees the development, modification, review, and implementation of accounting systems, reporting methods and controls, policies and procedures.
- Assure Corporate income and sales tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate tax returns.
- Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs.

| Skill Required | - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. CPA Certification.
- Extensive hands-on experience with accounting and auditing.
- Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting policies.
- Experience with technology businesses.
- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to perform in high visibility, intensive environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- 5-10 years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
- 3-5 years experience as a controller.
- Public company and / or subsidiary experience required.
- SAP experience preferred.
