| Job Description | • Prepare for and participate in board meetings on a regular basis (12-15 days a year).
• Passing personal know-how to the company executives and directors.
• Building and maintaining working relationships with members of executive team.
• Providing constructive feedback to members of executive team and directors.
• Demonstrating productive business behaviour.
• Building on and preserving what the predecessors had done.
• The candidate can be based in EMEA, Americas or Asia, no relocation is necessary.

| Skill Required | • Previous advisory / non-executive director role
• Possessing world-class expertise in utilities, energy and power distribution/metering technologies industry
• Knowledge of investment process, private equity/IPO, project financing and large contracts’ management is required
• Experience in seeing how executive actions and non-actions create/destroy value in a company
• Must have excellent written and verbal English skills.
