Job DescriptionReporting to the COO of North America, you will be responsible for: Developing a viable national business plan able to deliver a range of volume, margin, and profile objectives with full P&L responsibility Drive growth through enhancing/optimizing current business and identifying/closing new business and market opportunities (includes short and long range growth and profitability objectives) Playing a pivotal role in the growth of the organization and interact with senior management, R&D,operations, supply chain,QA, regulatory and finance Implementing yearly and quarterly plans as well as recruiting and providing guidance and leadership to marketing and sales. Oversee and drive the development of leads and prospects, cultivating client relationships, presentation of company services, analyzing client needs, and negotiating contracts and strengthening company relationship with key accounts and new prospects by developing and maintaining strong business ties with key decision makers. Developing and implementing the strategy ensure proper pricing, sales & marketing support, over all customer satisfaction and working closely with R&D, sales and marketing.
Skill RequiredThe Requirements: BA/BS required, MBA preferred. 8 to 10 years related proven successful experience in a managerial marketing & sales with in a B to B environment Strong overview and track record of in foodservice and gourmet and speciality distributors is a must Sales, marketing, negotiating, P&L and proven track record of success within Foodservice and Distributors Ability to work effectively and collaborative with all business partners and are achievement orientated with solid relationship building, impact and influencing skills. Travel (up to 40 - 50%) and manage a work schedule with superior organizational and time management skills. High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
